Data Conversion
AV-BASE has been very successful in assisting operators by converting data from their existing systems (manual or automated) into WinAir. By completing data conversions, operators do not have to use their own resources, which saves time and money.
In fact, AV-BASE has developed standard conversion processes to expedite the process and to ensure that migrated data is accurate and detailed. Typical data conversions consist of inventory, vendor, customer, and personnel records.
AV-BASE has completed standard to complex data conversions for many clients. Throughout this process, AV-BASE has assisted operators by identifying non-conformance issues with their data.
Training and Support
Included with the Subscription Program, AV-BASE Implementation Specialists and Technical Trainers provide onsite training during system installation and set-up. Even better, they are available for recurrent training to offer guidance as you continue to use the program.
A wide variety of topics are covered including maintenance and inventory functions, access to customer support and updates, and procedural and operator-specific issues. Depending on the software and subscription program you choose, AV-BASE offers onsite training, classroom training and interactive online training.
Deployment Options
WinAir Lite database and program files can be shared by multiple workstations in a Peer-to-Peer or Client-Server network configuration. With WinAir Lite, a stand-alone, dedicated server is not required.
WinAir Pro-SQL andWinAir Enterprise were designed to take advantages of the stability and added performance of a SQL Server (Relational Database Management System) . With SQL Server managing your data, data processing occurs centrally on the server, rather than on each individual workstation, which offers many benefits:
Reduced network traffic
